السلام عليكم في إطار شراء شقة من أجل الاستقرار العائلي، قمة بدفع مبلغ قدره 15 مليون سنتيم عن طريق حوالة مصرفية لشركة عقارية فالسكن الاقتصادي. قامة الزوجة بدفع بطاقتها الوطنية مرافقة معها وثيقة بنكية التي تنص وتأكد انني قمة بدفع تمن حجز الشقة، ووقعة باسمها وثيقة الحجز. هل يمكنني مطالبتها أو مطالبة الشركة بإلغاء هادا الحجز أو إعادة عقد الحجز بإسمي مع العلم أننا حاليا في مسطرة الطلاق شكرا علا الإجابة
