أسست شركة عقارية لإدارة حجوزات شقق المفروشة للايجار اليومي( gestion locative et conciergerie)بأكادير. وأريد طبيعة العقد بيني وبين ملاك الشقق التي أدير حجوزاتها. هل يكون عقد تسيير شقة مفروشة أو عقد كراء تجاري؟مع العلم أنني أعيد كرائها في المواقع العالمية وملاك الشقق يستثمرون في عقارهم مقابل نسبة معينة عن كل حجز لفائدتي .وشكرا جزيلا على حسن التواصل
