المدة اللازمة لتقادم شكاية التزوير

طليقي قدم شهادة اجر مزورة في طلاقنا سنة 2012 ليحرمني انا و طفلتي من حقوفنا المادية و عندما رفض تعويض الطفلة قمت بتقديم شكاية بمحكمة الزجرية عين السبع في اكتوبر 2015 لانني تمكنت من الحصول على وثيقة الاجر الاصلية هل هاته الشكاية لازالت سارية أي لم تتقادم و هل يمكنني ان اعمل بتفعيلها الآن و كيف ؟

تقادم جريمة تزوير محرر عرفي واستعماله تتقادم بمرور اربع سنوات ابتداءا من ثاريخ قيام التزوير و ثاريخ استعماله. لا من ثاريخ وضع الشكاية وإدا كان آخر استعمال للورقة المزورة في 2012 فستكون الجريمة قد تقادمت في 2017 مالم يتم التحقيق معه أثناء الاربع سنوات الماضية
