انتهاء عقد الكراء ورفض المكتري المغادرة مايجب علي فعله و هل يمكنني قطع الماء والكهرباء عليه نظرا لتماطلفي الأداء متل عندما تكون 500dhلا يؤدي إلا 100 dh مع العلم أننا اتفقنا في العقد أن يدخل الكهرباء باسمه والماء يبقى مشترك بيننا لكنه لم يلتزم ونصر لعدم التفاهم بيننا لا أريد تجديد العقد معه افيدوني وشكرا

السلام عليكم , عقد كراء شقة لا يعتد فيه بتاريخ انتهاء العقد بمعنى أخر و لو أن مدة العقد إنتهت و رفض الخروج فمن حقه ما دام يؤدي واجباته ...
