املك شقة بالسكن الاقتصادي استلمته منذ سنة و نصف و لا اسكن به / فارغ و أؤدي تقسيطه للبنك و الان اريد تفويته لشخص أخر مقابل ارجاعه لمبلغ الشقة كاملا فهل يجب علية استرجاع مبلغ دعم الدولة و الضريبة؟؟؟
