ملكية ارض عند كاتب عمومي

اشترينا ارض موروثة منذ 2001 واصبحة موثقة الان لصاحبة الملكية لكنها لم تكتبها لي ولي عقد ملكية لدى كاتب عمومي ممضي منها و من الشهود وحتى الحي كاملا بنفس العقد يعني كل الاجراءات والان تبتزني بكتابتها مقابل مبلغ مالي مذا افعل قانونيا و شكرا
