1.نعم يمكنك كراء الشقة بعد قضاء اربع سنوات والحصول على رفع اليد من مديرية الضرائب.

2.لا يمكن اجراء عقد الكراء اذا كانت الشقة لا زالت لم تمر اربع سنوات على اقتنائها.

3.القانون لا يمنع الكراء سكن الاقتصادي ...
