اتقدم بطلب حصول على شهادة (دبلوم) تكوين مهني منذ ثلاث سنوات ولا جواب مقنع رغم حصولي على شهادة النجاح و شهادة نقط امتلك جميع اوراق ثبوت النجاح الاصلية بعدتقدم بشكاية طلبو من اعادة الامتحانات لدورة 2015 انا اكملت دراسة واحاصل عل مستر مهني سنة 2018 هل يمكنني رفع دعوى قضائية؟
