السلام عليكم انا شخص مطلق مند سنة ونصف...واردت ان اتزوج من جديد...بعد حصولي على جميع الوثائق لم يبق لي الى شهادة الخطوبة فبعد محاولتي للحصول على الموافقة من المقدم لاجل شهادة الخطوبة ...فقد رفض بثاثا لانجاز شهادة الخطوبة نظرا لقوله ان لدي نفس العنوان ببطاقة التعريف لمحل سكنى طليقتي ...فقال لي اعليك باحد السكان يكتب لك التزام بانك تسكن اعنده لتغيير العنوان وانداك بامكانه طبع شهادة الخطوبة...فانني افكر حاليا برفع دعوى ثبوث الزوجية لتسهيل هده الاجراءات واريد معرفة كيفية رفع دعوى ثبوث الزوجية وشكرا لكم سيدي

ما علاقة وجود نفس عنوان طليقتك ببطاقة تعريفك الوطنية بطلب الشهادة الإدارية للزواج

عليك الادلاء بنسخة طبق الأصل من حكم الطلاق او التطليق لعون السلطة حتى يتبين فعلا أنك مطلق .. لذلك لا أجد سببا قانونيا يمنع عون السلطة من ...
