واجبات النظافة و الكراء

المكتري يتماطل في أداء وجيبة الكراء حتى و صل إلى 4 أشهر على ذمته و ليست متتالية و خلال ثلاثة سنوات. حيث كان يؤدي وجيبة الكراء عن طريق البنك.اما بالنسبة لوجيبة النظافة فامتنع عن تاديتها مع العلم انها مكتوبةو واضحة في عقد الكراء. كيف ساتعامل مع المكتري في هذه الحالة. و شكراً جزيلاً.
