انا طبيب اعمل في مستشفى خاص في السعودية ، هل يتم احتساب المناوبات الليلية من ضمن ساعات العمل علما اني موجود في البيت و قد يتم استدعائي للمستشفى ان استدعت الحاجة، حيث يقوم طبيب اخر داخل المستشفى بإبلاغي بالحالات ملاحظة :هناك جدول مناوبات و اسمي موجود عليه على انني الطبيب المناوب و شكرا

أولا يجب الرجوع إلى عقد عملك مع هذا المستشفى الخاص وكيفية تنظيمه لساعات المناوبة الليلية.

إذا لم يتضمن عقد عملك ما ينظم ساعات المناوبة فيتعين الرجوع إلى ضابط العمل والذي ينص في مادته 98 على ما يلي:
