أولا : هذه جريمة معلوماتية وتخضع للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في نظام مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية
ثانيا : اثبات القيام بالتهديد والتوجه لتقديم بلاغ ضد صاحب هذا الحساب
