السلام أعليكم الان أعمل مع شركة من حوالي 4 سنوات, عند اكتمال 5 سنوات تعلن بعض الشركات افلاسها و تقوم بانشاء شركة أخرى و دلك للتهرب الضريبي, و هذا ما حصل معنا, حيث تم اعطائنا عقد جديد للتوقيع عليه مع شركة جديدة مع ذكر بند "reprise d'ancienneté" مع الشركة القديمة (اي تاريخ دخولي مع الشركة ) فهل هذا الأمر قانوني أم لا و شكرا
