لدي محل تجاري مكترى منذ 14 سنة ب 800 درهم لم اقم بالمطالبة الزيادة ابدا في ثمن الكراء المحدد في 10٪
السؤال هو هل يمكنني المطالبة بزيادة عن مدة 14 سنة الماضية وشكرا لكم
