السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته انا زبون بالبنك الشعبي منذ الثمانينات وغيرت حسابي بنفس البنك إلى مدينة بن احمد في التسعينات ومنها إلى برشيد في سنة 2001 ولما أردت الاستفاذة من قرض استهلاكي رفض الطلب بدعوى عدم إقفال حساب بنكي قديم يعود إلى 1994 فما العمل اذا في هذا النازلة مع العلم اني لم اغير البنك وشكرا جزيلا
