I’m facing an allegation of thief in my organization

I’m facing an allegation of thief in my organization the blame which I’m facing from this is without any strong evidence now my case is under the jurisdiction of HR but almost one and half month have been gone but they did not respond me yet when ever I contacted them they always reply the same thing that we are investigating I need help from your platform what steps should i take to get out myself from this matter.
