What have to do if kafeel doesn't renew your iqama

My father has been working kn saudia arabia for last 20 years. He came only 1 time in pakistan .but last past 10 years he didn't come . present condition i i think his iqama has expired. He is not gokng for work as well for last 3 to 4 months. I think his kafeel making some drama. How can we fix this issue
