Maximum days required to send a legal notice to school fee defaulter

Dear Lawyer I would like to know about the maximum days to claim defaulter fee or sending a legal notice to defaulter as per Saudi law. can it be send after three years gap. or can register a case against defaulters after three years. kindly specify, within how many days school can claim the amount through the court or legal notice.
