Current Situation: Saudi tech company owes outstanding invoices to your company in Pakistan. They are not responding to your emails and have blocked you. The contract's jurisdiction is in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi tech company I contracted with is not responding to my emails or communication attempts regarding outstanding invoices owed to my Pakistani company. While the contract falls under Saudi Arabian jurisdiction, I'd like to explore sending a formal notice from Pakistan.
