In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Justice provides free legal aid services to those who cannot afford it. This includes women who want to file for divorce but cannot afford legal costs.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Justice, "Free legal aid is offered to cases that have a sound justification."

As per Article 64 under the law of Legal Procedures in KSA, "Any party with a legal issue in Saudi Arabia can approach the Ministry of Justice to seek legal assistance."

In your case, you should approach the Ministry of Justice, narrate your situation and request for free legal aid. They can provide you with a lawyer who can assist you with your divorce proceedings. Going back to India might not be the best solution if your husband doesn't reside there and if your parents are not supportive.

Remember, through the Ministry of Justice's eServices platform, you can easily access free legal help, find legal advice, and even locate a public legal assistance center near you.

Please consult a legal expert or a legal advisory body for detailed guidance based on your specific circumstances, as this advice is based on the rendered law and may not fully account for your situation.
