During the illness sick leave rules

Dear sir i was injured during the duty time batween 02 to 15 October 2022 but the nature of the injury was such that I did not understand. I informed my company after a month. They sent me on sick leave to Pakistan I done injury treatment in private hospital in pakistan. Can I claim my salary? My question is according to Saudi Labor Law Article 117, if the employee is on sick leave, who is responsible for 3 months salary?. If my employer no given salary then where I will complin .please guide me Best Regards Khalid usman
