لقد توصلت برسالة من محامي شركة القروض الاستهلاكية يطالب بمقتضاها الحجز على منزلي الدي سبق وان اخدت قرض من بنك اخر وبالتالي هل يحق لقرض الاستهلاك ان يحجز على عقار لم يكتمل بعد تسديد اقساطه بحيت ان العقار اخدت قرضه من بنك اخر
