Mana safar/matloob - mahkama tanfeedh jeddah

Dear sir, i go to pakistan final exit then ofter one week one saudi guys file a case against me 100000 sr then i get a jwazat paper there written is (mana safa) so now i can come back to saudi arabia for umra or vist visa and if i could enter then i can go back or no please tell me
