As per Saudi Labor Law, Article 109, each worker is entitled to 21 days paid annual leave after the completion of one year of employment and it becomes 30 days from the subsequent years. If you have already served more than a year, then as per Saudi Labor Law, you are entitled to take this leave.
The law states that "The worker shall have the right to a paid annual leave and he may not give up such right. Upon the worker's request, the employer may defer the leave for a year. The employer may also, at the request of the worker, spread the leave over the year."
