The law further states in Article 8 that individuals have the right to choose Saudi nationality when they reach maturity, provided they fulfill the following conditions: permanency in Saudi Arabia on reaching maturity, good conduct, not previously sentenced to prison for a moral crime for a period exceeding six months, and proficiency in Arabic. In your case, as you are not yet of the legal age of maturity, these conditions are not immediately relevant.
Furthermore, according to Article 10, if you choose at the age of maturity to retain your Saudi Arabian nationality, a request should be submitted within one year of reaching the age of maturity.
Therefore, in theory, as a person with Saudi Arabian lineage on your father's side, you should be able to visit and apply for citizenship in Saudi Arabia using your Moroccan passport.
