اشتريت شقة سكنية إقتصادية من عند منعش عقاري وحجزت بمبلغ 200000 درهم كتسبيق مع بعض الدفعات مقابل وصولات بعض إنتهاء البناء بدأ المنعش في التماطل لعقد وعد بيع ومن كثرة احتجاجي سلمني مفاتيح شقتي و ورقة موقعة من طرفه من أجل إدخال الماء والكهرباء في اسمي وبعد مدة خمس سنوات رفض إتمام البيع بحجة لازالت عنده بعض المشاكل ماهي المساطر القانونية حتى أضمن حقي
