أبرمت عقد كراء لشقة امتلكها اكتوبر سنة ٢٠٢٠ لجأت إلى المحكمة التجارية يناير٢٠٢٤ تم الإفراغ الاحتياج التماطل شتنبر ٢٠٢٥ بمحكمة الاستئناف بالموازاة لجأ الخصم إلى المحكمة لطلب التعويض في المحكمة الابتدائية تم رفض طلبها،،وفي محكمة الاستئناف تم الحكم علي بتسديد 200000درهم هل يجب أن أضع المبلغ في صندوق الحكمة أو اسامه المحامي وهل لاجل يبدأ من تاريخ الحكم أو تاريخ التسليم أو التبليغ؟
