نكتري منزلا منذ سنة 1991 وحكم علينا بالافراغ رغم كون انه نؤدي الواجب الكرائي ... كون ان المحامية تعاملت شكليا مع دعوة الداعي ابن صاحب المحل الحامل لوكالة ملغية وتم تفعيلها في المحكمة رغم وفاة صاحب المحل ... وتوفر زوجته على وكالة مفوضة ؟ ارجو توضيح ما الخطوة المناسبة للتوقيف التنفيذ لعدم قانونيته كون انه في المحضر ادلي انه لا نؤدي الواجب ! والتنفيذ اصدر بوكالة عن ابيه ولم يدلي بشهادة وفاة ابيه ؟ وليس له وكالة من الورثة ؟
