شيك قديم من عشرين سنة او اكثر

السلام عليكم . سلمت شيك قبل عشرين سنة لشريكي في التجارة بدون تاريخ ولا اسم المستفيد. قصد تقديمه للتجار الذين كنا نتعامل معهم .لكنه لم يستعمله و تركه عنده. و الان يريد تقدمه للبنك. هل هدا الشيك لازال ساري المفعول ووجب اداؤه ؟ مع العلم اننا فضينا الشراكة التي بننا.
