لقد انتها اجل الاستئناف في حكم النفقة واريد طلب استئناف للاشارة الدعوي تخص اختي

لدي اخت طليقة رفعت دعوي النفقة علي زوج لكن الحكم كان غير متضمن للملف طبي نظرا لان اختي تم تطليقها وهي حامل في شهر 2 رغم ادلاء بكل الوثائف الملف الطبب للمحامية وكدالك راتب الشهري لزوج المدرج في الحكم 7000 dh وفي عقد الزواج 10000 dh لدلك اربد الاستفيار عند كيفيت طلب الاستئناف في الحكم مع العلم ان اخل الاستئناف قد انتها و شكرا
