كان أبي المتوفى حديثا يملك بيتا صغيرا 25 متر مربع مخصصا للكراء بدخل 1500 درهم للشهر. ابتداءا سنة 1993 امتلك الأب عقارات أخرى في فترات مختلفة. عند تأدية ضرائب الدخل على الأرباح العقارية اكتشفنا أن البيت الأول لا يوجد ضمن الأملاك المصرح بها. كيف علينا التصرف كورثة وكيف يمكن حل هذا المشكل؟ وهل يجب تأدية ضرائب الدخل الخاصة بالمنزل الاول عن كل السنوات الماضية؟ شكرا جزيلا
