مسؤولية الاب عن ما بشقة سلمها لبنته و زوجها ليسكنا فيها.

سلمت لبنتي شقة مستقلة بالطابق الارضي لمنزلي لتسكن فيها مع زوجها و تتخدها بيتا للزوجيةحتى تكتمل شقة ابنتي. وكانت بها بعض التجهيزات في ملكي كما احضر الزوجين تجهيزات اخرى ثلاجة،تلفاز،فرن... بعد اكثر من 4 اشهر اختلف الزوجان بينهما فغدر بيت الزوجية . السؤال: اقام دعوى ضدي( وليس ضد زوجته ) لاسلمه هده التجهيزات هل انا مسؤول عن التجهيزات التي تركها ببيت الزوجية والمشتراة من طرف الزوجين معا( فاتورات باسمه واخرى باسمها).
