السلام عليكم انوي الزواج من اجنبي مسلم الماني الجنسية مطلق . كان سابقا متزوج بمغربية بالنسبة لعقد الزواج فتم عقده بالمغرب لكن الطلاق اكتفى للتطليق في محاكم المانيا هل هذا الطلاق كافي ام انه غير مقبول بالمغرب؟ وهل سيشكل اشكالا لنا بما اننا بصدد الزواج ؟
