طلب التعويض بعد الحكم بالبراءة في قضية جنحية

توبعت منذ سنة 2015 بتهمة ا الضرب و الجرح و السب غير العلني و تم الحكم ببرائتي في المحكمة الابتدائية و في محكمة الاستئناف سؤالي حول امكانية المطالبة بالتعويض عن الضرر و متابعة المدعي و الشاهد في هذه القضية بالنظر للضرر النفسي الذي لحق بي منذ 2015 الى غاية صدور الحكم النهائي في ماي 2019 و شكرا
