Bonjour à tous je suis salarié dans une SA qui est filiale du groupe OCP .sachant que ocp est devenu SA depuis 2008.je veux savoir si j'ai le droit d'être gérant de ma future Sarlau sachant que le contrat ne m'empêche pas d'être gérant sans avoir recevoir des renumerations d'un gérant si j'aurais des problèmes
