السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته. استاذ نحن عائلة اشترى جدي بقعة ارضية من عند صاحب الارض . و كتب جدي لامي بقعة ارضية حوالي 35متر واستخرج ابي البلان لبناءها من الجماعة. وقمنا ببناءها. لكن فوجئنا بجيراننا اصحاب الارض قامو بتجهيز أراضيهم و لم يأخدو دوارنا بعين الاهتبار حيث هناك 22 منزل مثلنا. فاقامو طريقما على طول الدوار.تدمر الدوار. فماهو الحل القانوني لهده المشكلة. جزاك الله خيرا.
