هل الاستئناف يلغي الحكم الابتدائي

تم الحكم علي بشهرين موقوفة التنفيذ ابتدائيا في قضية فساد و تشهير حيث ان المشتكية للتملص من تهمة الفساد اتهمتني ي اخذ صور جنسية رغما عنها وتهديدها . هل البراءة تلغي الحكم الاول وهل في الاستئناف يمكنني تقديم ادلة تنفي ما تقوله المشتكية علما انها تم الحكم عليها ايضا شهر وقف التنفيذ في الفساد و انها تنازلت عن التشهير ... شكرا لكم
