انتهاء مدة العقد ليست سببا للافراغ وانما اسباب الافراغ جاءت على سبيل الحصر في المادة 8 من القانون 49.16 وهي 7 اسباب وليس من بينها "انتهاء مدة العقد" !!
وبالتالي انسي استرجاع محلكي التجاري بسبب انتهاء ...
