والدي اشتري شقه من شخص وعلى حسب قانون الضريبه العقاريه الشخص البائع هو الي بيدفع الضريبه فالبائع رفض دفع الضريبه فلو حبينا نبيع الشقه لشخص تاني هل احنا مطالبين ندفع الضريبه العقاريه بتاعت البائع الأول ولا بتاعت البائع التاني الي هو انا وهل من حقي رفع دعوه على البائع الأول بسداد قيمه الضريبه الاولى
