ما هي الاجراءات القانونية لمتابعة شركة عقارية باعت اغلب شققها للتحاد الملاك المشتركين باكادير مند 2011 ولا زالت تسوفهم الى اليوم ولم تقم بما يلزم لتشغيل المصاعد المعطلة وبقي جميع السكان يعانون بالارغم من مراسلتها في الموضوع مرات عديدة. شكرا
