خطأ في شهادة الملكية المشتركة

من أجل شراء شقة سلمني صاحبها شهادة الملكية و قمت باستخراج التصميم الطوبوغرافي للشقة . بعد التدقيق في المعطيات ، تبين لي أن هناك عدم تطابق بين إسم الملك في شهادة الملكية "فدوى 4" و إسم الملك في التصميم " فدوى 2" .فهل هذا يعتبر مشكلا وجب تصحيحه قبل إبرام عقد البيع ؟
