أنا قضية عقوبتي السجنية بسبب الهجرة السرية وقضية 5 أشهر تم مررة امام الإستناف وتم الحكم علي ب 4 أشهر وتم طلق صراحي وبعد مرور 2 سنوات تم تبليغي بأنه تم النقد في الحكم مع العلم بأنه يجب علي تأدية 50000درهم غرامة فماهي الإجراءاة التي تترتب علي
