removal of blacklist in Saudi Arabia

My wife has a blacklist in Saudia. She did not go to court or see a judge or get any legal documents. Maybe she was accused of absconding, we don't know. She was deported in 2012 from prison without trial.She was innocent.She then went to UAE and worked for many years until 2022 when she tried to renew her work visa, but was refused. Employee transfer on qiwa

I am on notice period with my current employer the end date of contract is in June 2025, but on qiwa It is mentioned as January 2026, company accepted the resignation internally in March 2025 but not updated on qiwa I requested on qiwa to terminate the contract twice under article 74 informed the site HR but the company didn't responded and it got expired. Now I have left 35 days of notice period and I have got a job offer and employment transfer request from new employer what legal procedure I should follow to get everything done properly and get transfer smoothly. please help me out of this situation 🙏🏻

Say the guardian should have the residence iqama in the kingdom we are having a hard time to ask them as they are not responsive enough with our inquiries on what we need to do. Expired Iqama, no contract on file from kafeel

Hello, I found out my kafeel did not renew my Iqama for over a year and he didn’t tell me. He abandoned my iqama and did not provide health insurance during my contract as well. I found someone who wants to transfer my sponsorship but I can’t terminate my contract because I don’t have a contract on file with HRSD. How can I renew my iqama and transfer to a new sponsor in the smoothest way possible? What steps do I need to take if I don’t have a contract to terminate and ny kafeel didn’t renew for over a year? Am I free to go to Jawazat directly without repercussion or do I go to HRSD first? I’m trying to make this right.

Hello all, My name is Jose. My wife and myself's situation is as follows: My employer wants to impose a penalty of two months' salary after my wife and I decided not to move forward with a renewal that we signed just 1 month ago. However, we are fully respecting the current 2024/2025 contract and are not breaking any terms. The renewal is supposed to start on 01/08/2025, and we gave them notice more than three months in advance, as we wanted to give the school enough time to find replacements for us. They are referring to a clause in the renewal that links back to the original contract (2024/2025), which states that a probationary period started on 01/08/2024 and expired after three months. They backdated the new 25/26 contract to as our first date of employment for the 25/26 contract was dated on 1/08/25. They argue that because the probationary period referenced in the renewal is already expired, we are not allowed to leave, and if we do, we must therefore pay a two-month salary penalty. Initially, we believed that the renewal included a new probationary period starting from 01/08/2025, allowing us to resign within the first three months if needed. Additionally, I must mention that the renewed contract and our current contract (24/25) are not registered in Qiwa. We have screenshots as proof that no new contract has been uploaded. We will be leaving in June 2025, although our current contract officially finishes on 31st July 2025. Apart from this, they haven't replied in formal writing to our resignation or they have not sent anything in formal writing regarding the penalties or anything, they just arranged video calls. What do you think about this situation? Also: - What are my rights regarding the absence of a registered renewal in Qiwa? - What are my rights if I don't receive the penalty in formal writing? - Can my employer apply any financial penalty if no official renewed contract or this year's contract exists in the system? This inquiry concerns both me and my wife, who works at the same place and is facing the same situation. Her contracts are also not registered in Qiwa. Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Mudassir Faizan, I am an Indian citizen currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I came to Saudi Arabia for work, and ever since my arrival, I have been facing a series of serious challenges which I am unable to resolve on my own due to my financial and legal condition. Here is a detailed summary of my situation: 1. Employment & Contract Issues: I was brought to Saudi Arabia on a valid employment contract. After arrival, our Iqama and licensing took 3-4 months to process. During that time, the company did not assign us to proper work and kept delaying. When work started, my basic salary was SAR 1200. My Kafeel later accused me of terminating the contract without reason and filed a compensation case under Article 77 of the Saudi Labor Law, demanding SAR 21,600. However, I did not terminate the contract, and the contract is still active on the KSA systems (Kiva). The sponsor stopped calling me for work and left me jobless. 2. Current Legal Status: My Iqama is expired. I have no job or income. My bank account is frozen. A Tanfeez (execution) case has already been filed and 1 month has passed since. I have no way to pay the compensation amount. 3. Financial and Family Situation: I lost my father about 9-10 months ago, and I have a certificate as proof. Since then, I am the only responsible member for my family. My mother is unwell and unable to support financially. We are going through extreme financial hardship both in Saudi Arabia and India. My Humble Request: I sincerely request you to kindly assist me by providing: A letter from the Indian Embassy or welfare body that explains my financial condition, to submit to the labor or execution court. Any support, guidance, or reference to NGOs or lawyers who can assist in resolving this case. Help in applying for final exit or waiving off compensation through proper legal channels. Accomodation transfer forcefully after finishing contract
