نملك عقار محفضا على الشياع احد الملاك رفع دعوة القسمة،وتم الحكم ببيع العقار في المزاد العلني ثمن الافتتاحي 2240000 درهم علما ان باقي الملاك لا يريدون بيع العقار، اذا شاركنا في المزاد هل سندفع للمحكمة مبلغ العقار كامل ؟ او فقط نصيب المالك الذي طلب القسمة ؟ او هناك ضريبة المزاد او مصاريف المحكمة الابتدائية والاستئناف ؟
