تنازل عن بقعة لصالح العمران

لقد اشتريت بقعة من شركة العمران عن طريق ثلاث دفعات للاسف لم اتمكن من دفع سوى دفعة واحدة. هل يحق للشركة التصرف في البقعة بمعنى بيعها ام يلزمها تنازل مني لبيعها ؟! و إن قامت العمران ببيعها هل يحق لي مساءلتها قانونيا و استرجاع البقعة ؟! و هل بامكاني استخراج الدفعة الأولى كاملة دون خصم 7٪ من الثمن الكلي ؟! أفيدوني جزاكم الله خيرا
