اريد بيع منزلي قديم البناء 28سنة مساحته 93 متر مربع .سوالي كم ادفع من ضريبة الارباح ؟

اسكنه طوال هده السنين تم تحفيضه .يتكون من طابقين ومحل تجاري اسفله لم اكتري المحل التجاري ولا الشقتين ابدا بل كنت اسكن فيه فقط .الان اريد بيعه واريد ان اعرف قدر الضريبة التي تلزمني دفعها.الارض اشتريتها في سنة1980 تقريبا والبيت بنيته في سنة 1990 علي حد التقدير .البيت محفض .ولم ادفع قط ضريبة النضافة ولا ضريبة السكن ابدا .والان اريد البيع .وهل تادى الضريبة قبل او بعد عقد البيع وشكرا
