السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته أود لو تفضلتم معرفة المبالغ المستحقة التي يجب ان اؤديها لكاتب العدل في عملية شراء شقة بمبلغ 2,5 مليون درهم ! مصاريف التسجيل مصاريف التحفيظ اتعاب كاتب العدل من ثمن البيع ؟ وهل يمكن لي ان اباشر بنفسي عمليات التسجيل و التحفيظ بدون الاستعانة بكاتب العدل ؟! وما هي الوثائق المتطلبة ؟ جزاكم الله خيرا
