Mana safar/matloob - mahkama tanfeedh jeddah

Dear sir,
In 2018 i go to pakistan on a exit - re-entry visa but not able to come back due to accident.

I have a car from NCB Al ahli on installments, now i came back to saudi arabia on a visit visa, and immigeration staff at aiport told me that i am matloob by mahkuma tanfeedh jeddah and i will not be able to exit from saudi arabia untill i finish with them.
