Labor contract issue

I came KSA 6 months ago with a contract mentioned my salary 6000sar plus house facility and transportation facility as well., since i joined i didn't receive anything and being told me that we have changed our mind and after that i am not being issued my final exit too ., since last week there are lame excuses and i am on hold for my final exit., what i should do and how much time it will take if i take any legal action.
