how can get end of contract amount from my company?

i was join the feb2014 as mechanical engineer, in Feb. 2020 i was going emergency vacation to india, because my father in serious condition so i gone vacation. then in march 2020 indian government put lockdown due to the corona. after six month open the flight, but in Saudi government that time lockdown. in dec 2020 i was affected to corona, i took four month to recover. in between gap from company side no phone calls, no e-mail, no any message's, in the years 2021 i ask my manager i will come send visa or give the final exit. no reply from manager, In dec 2021, i was selected one company they send visa for me, then i was contacted my manager and admin, i told them got new visa for me so please make end of contract but they told its not possible now and they are not doing any think. i was waited three years to complete, now i am in Riyadh new company. now my question i can get my benefit amount from my old company.
